Our top priority is to keep you looking stylish and living your best life. We understand that accidents happen, which is why we offer a free replacement if anything bad happens to your sunglasses.

If this sounds like you, please reach out to our customer support team at support@shopbaldwin.co to request a free replacement pair through our warranty program. 

Please note, there is a processing fee of $8.99 USD for any US claims, and $12.99 for international claims. Each pair can be replaced twice over a lifetime. Only one pair can be replaced at a time.

Our Lost or Broken Replacement Warranty covers the same color and style originally ordered, if in stock. If the style you want to replace is sold out, we will provide other options to choose from instead. 

This offer does not apply to any free giveaway items unless you paid for Damage & Loss Protection at checkout.

Craftmanship Warranty

If your sunglasses arrive with any defects, or you have any other problems with your order, we will replace your order at absolutely no additional cost to you.
