How long will my Baldwins take to arrive?

      Are Baldwin sunglasses safe?

      Yes, our eyewear comes with protective UV-400 lenses to block 100% of the sun's harmful rays.

      Most of our regularly priced sunglasses come with with polarized TAC lenses by default for extra protection against harsh glare. 

        

      What size are your sunglasses? Are they unisex?

      Our sunglasses are all designed to be gender-neutral, so you don't need to worry about shopping in the wrong section.

      Help! I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

      Please email support@shopbaldwin.co with the subject title: ‘Address Change’ and we will try our best to fix it.

      However, we can't offer a refund if your package has already shipped out and is no longer in our possession.

       

      Where are my Baldwins?

      All of our products come with a tracking ID that you can enter into our order tracking page.

       

      My package was damaged in the mail. What can I do?

      We can send you a replacement order free of charge if your sunglasses arrive broken or damaged.

      Just email photos of the broken sunglasses to support@shopbaldwin.co with the subject title: ‘Broken Glasses’ and we'll deal with your order on a case by case basis.

       

      How secure is your website?

      Our store and checkout process is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform. All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

      All payments on our website, including credit card transactions, are processed through Shopify Pay (supported by Stripe), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

        

      My tracking number says 'expired'. What happened?

      If you're located outside of the USA, your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, sometimes without explanation.

      This can cause the tracking status to change to 'expired' because it won't be updated for a long time.

      We ask that you remain patient since your tracking number usually starts working again once it is delivered to your address.
